An affordable housing township in the fast developing outer ring road region of bangalore. the project is aimed at young buyers who are keen to move into their first home. affordable doesn’t mean sub-standard; a philosophy which the design team always endorses. to accommodate the high-density requirement, the master plan is a folded strip of triangles along the plot length. this ensures privacy for each apartment. potential negative spaces are transformed into ducts and large decks. low cost and effective materials like a-grade exposed bricks and exposed concrete finishes help in reducing the cost of construction and yet adding to the aesthetic element. the project is wrapped in greenscape at all surfaces.
