We were commissioned for the refurbishment and renovation for an existing 25 year old boutique hotel. The challenge here was to retain the existing exoskeleton of the building and remodel the hotel around it. The project involved redesigning the facade, accommodating more number of rooms and refurbishing them alongwith the ancillary spaces.
