Amélie – Kochi
With the sea on 3 sides, and a brief that read modern and effortlessly elegant, this holiday home perched on the top floor of Kochi’s most iconic residential towers is quintessentially Parisian.
The design of the home was around the muse Amélie, the protagonist from Jean- Pierre Jeunet’s 2001 movie and reimagining the space as a “Parisienne”. Of going beyond mere Geography and encapsulating a cultural & stylistic archetype of a global appeal. The home is all what Amélie is – innate sense of style that is effortlessly chic. Pastels and neutrals, nooks with designs that are conversationalist, patterns that are bold & yet nonchalant, gracefully balancing contemporary with classic elegance.
Amélie represents unapologetic style, quirk, and a certain je ne sais quoi—an indefinable charm; that makes the protagonist and the home, a timeless icon!
