OneKochi - An art resort

Being a hospitality project, OneKochi became a contemporary interpretation of vernacular architecture, creating an experience rooted in warmth, materiality, and a strong sense of place. Our intent was to make the spaces feel immersive yet effortless, where architecture creates a distinctive guest experience.

Arched openings, deep reveals, timber ceilings, patterned flooring, textured walls, and handcrafted details establish a rich architectural character. A warm, earthy palette is layered with natural materials, sculptural lighting, curated artwork, and integrated greenery, bringing softness and visual depth to the spaces. Courtyard-like transitions, framed views, and abundant natural light create a fluid connection between interior and landscape.

The result is a hospitality environment that balances contemporary refinement with regional character being warm, tactile, memorable, and designed to make every arrival and stay feel experiential.
