This villa was conceived as an exercise in quiet luxury, where Vastu, proportion, and landscape shape a distinctly private retreat. The 3,600 sq.ft. residence adopts a low-slung pavilion geometry, with two stone-clad wings framing a glazed central volume and an open-to-sky courtyard.
We deliberately stripped away visual clutter, creating long sightlines, deep 6-foot overhangs, and a seamless dialogue between interior and landscape. At the heart of the home, a rock-cut Buddha and Plumeria tree anchor the arrival with a sense of calm and permanence.
A restrained palette of sandstone, travertine, Porto White marble, Burma teak, Kota stone, and raw timber establishes understated richness, elevated by a backlit onyx wall, expansive glazing, and bespoke detailing.
The Vastu Villa is our interpretation of contemporary pavilion living. Precise, Vastu-conscious, and quietly luxurious, where architecture, nature, and craftsmanship come together without excess.
