The Terraces at Nandi Hills

​Guided by the belief that architecture should emerge from the landscape rather than compete with it, we designed this hillside villa unfolding through a series of layered volumes and pavilions that respond intuitively to the site’s natural topography. ​

​Floating roofs, expansive glazing, and landscaped terraces create a seamless dialogue between architecture and nature, framing panoramic views and immersive outdoor living experiences. A refined palette of stone, concrete, timber, and water balances raw materiality with contemporary sophistication, while carefully choreographed spaces enhance light, privacy, and spatial fluidity.​
