​Rather than treating the site’s rare and dramatic 18-metre slope as a constraint, we saw it as the project’s greatest opportunity.​

​This 5,000 sq.ft. villa is conceived as a seamless extension of the hillside. Rather than altering the terrain, the architecture embraces the site’s topography, cascading organically across levels to frame expansive views and create a continuous dialogue with the landscape.​

​Transforming the topographical complexity- defined by layered terraces, sculptural forms, and fluid indoor-outdoor living, the residence balances contemporary luxury with contextual sensitivity.
